About Notary Maldives

Notarization services are carried out by a legal professional registered with the Bar Council of Maldives.

Notarizing services are carried out in accordance with the rules stipulated in Regulation no. 2019/R-1066 (Public Notary Rules).

Subject to availability, your documents will be notarized on the day of your request.

Documents that can be notarized include but are not limited to:

  1. Expat forms
  2. Affidavits
  3. Power of attorney documents
  4. Corporate documents such as share transfer forms, board resolutions
  5. Agreements

A certificate of notarization will be issued to you, and third parties that seek to verify the status of the certificate may use the 'Verify Certificate' function in this website by entering the certificate number.
